A Note About Dining With Us.
We’re extremely honored to have our doors open to you at this time. We are taking the Global Pandemic very seriously and commit to providing you with the best dining experience we can during this time. Here are some notes about our current status:
- We are not taking reservations and maintain a “first come, first serve” approach.
- All guests must wear a mask when not seated.
- Crowlers are available to purchase
- All alcohol sales require a food purchase at this time (which won’t be so difficult because of how amazing our chef is!)
Frosted Window Panes
Style Cranberry, Orange Sour
Malts Pilsner, Wheat
A kettle soured ale conditioned on cranberries and Cara Cara oranges. Tart, refreshing and palate cleansing
Style 'Old-Fashioned' Inspired Ale
Malts Pilsner, Wheat, Caramel 30, Caramel 75
Yeast Voss Kveik
This "Old Fashioned" inspired beer was fermented warm with our kveik yeast then conditioned on sweet cherries, orange zest and Thistle Finch whiskey-soaked oak chips. Finished with a dash of bitters at the tap.
Crispy, clean lager beer hopped gently and thoughtfully with Saaz. With the rich, German brewing history present in Lancaster, we believe a traditional Pilsner is a must. A much more delicate, light-handed offering, Pilsner is one of our favorite styles. It pairs beautifully with almost all foods and occasions.
Coffee & Pie
Style Pumpkin Latte Amber
Malts Pilsner, Caramel 30, Caramel 75, Oats
It's about that time to gather 'round the table and tell stories while Grandpa falls asleep in his recliner. This amber ale is loaded with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla bean, lactose and Necessary Blend Coffee. Pumpkin Pie and Coffee in one glass!
An inspired menu tailored to complement our crafted beers.
Rob Tarves and Rob Patz began dreaming up their vision for Our Town Brewery while homebrewing during college at Penn State. Their time at multiple breweries over the years has driven home the theme that breweries are huge parts of the communities that they operate in. Tarves and Patz have a vision for using fresh, innovative beer and a thoughtful food program to further connect people in Lancaster. A decade later, they are ready to pour you a pint.
