A Note About Dining With Us.
We’re extremely honored to have our doors open to you at this time. We are taking the Global Pandemic very seriously and commit to providing you with the best dining experience we can during this time. Here are some notes about our current status:
- We are not taking reservations and maintain a “first come, first serve” approach.
- All guests must wear a mask when not seated.
- Crowlers are available to purchase; at this time we are not able to fill growlers
- We must limit tables to 4 persons at this time.
- Please do your best in keeping to a 90 minute dining experience.
- All alcohol sales require a food purchase at this time (which won’t be so difficult because of how amazing our chef is!)
Crispy, clean lager beer hopped gently and thoughtfully with Saaz. With the rich, German brewing history present in Lancaster, we believe a traditional Pilsner is a must. A much more delicate, light-handed offering, Pilsner is one of our favorite styles. It pairs beautifully with almost all foods and occasions.
Style Little IPA
Hops Citra, Simcoe, Sabro
Yeast Voss Kveik
Our little IPA is simple and yet very satisfying. A straightforward grain bill allows the layers of hop flavor and aroma to wash over you without wrecking your palate. Expect citrus, sweet resin and tropical fruit in this beauty.
In The Shade
Style Raspberry Lemonade Sour Ale
Malts Pilsner, Wheat
Kettle soured wheat ale conditioned on fresh raspberries and lemon zest.
Style Coffee Porter
Malts Pilsner, Chocolate, Oats, Caramel, Roasted Barley
Our Prince St. Porter jacked up with local Necessary Coffee. There is something very impressive and eye-catching about what Necessary Coffee brings to the table. Their commitment to sustainably sourcing their coffee is worth noting. Bold, rich flavors of the Lancaster roasted coffee compliment a firm caramel and dark chocolate profile of our house porter.
An inspired menu tailored to complement our crafted beers.
Rob Tarves and Rob Patz began dreaming up their vision for Our Town Brewery while homebrewing during college at Penn State. Their time at multiple breweries over the years has driven home the theme that breweries are huge parts of the communities that they operate in. Tarves and Patz have a vision for using fresh, innovative beer and a thoughtful food program to further connect people in Lancaster. A decade later, they are ready to pour you a pint.
