A collaboration with Raney Cellars Brewing, this kettle sour was aged in Syrah barrels for 11 months. After aging, we conditioned the beer on raspberry, blueberry, cranberry, apple, orange, lime and lemon. We taste bright acidity, tart berries and dry wine.
