Long overdue collab with our buddy, Jon, from Bespoke Brewing. Super simple Kolsch brewed with Barke Pils and Saphir hops. We fermented this ale slow and cool, and gave it some extra cold conditioning time to keep it extra crisp. Jon and I have a love for simplicity and a “less is more” approach to brewing. It was great to finally brew with him.
