The boys from Rural City were back in the house stirring up something hoppy again! Cold IPA brewed with Citra flowable from Yakima Chief on top of a mash of super lean Pilsner malt, white wheat and flaked rice. Fermented cold and slow with lager yeast then dry hopped with simcoe pellets and Cryo simcoe. This beer is really light, really drinkable and we can’t wait for you to try it.
