Session IPA base fermented with Philly Sour Yeast. This yeast sours as it is fermenting creating a completely different flavor profile than our normal kettle souring. We dry hopped this with some New Zealand hops and conditioned it on a touch of peach puree. We taste bitter grapefruit peel, freestone peach and some light tartness.
