Petite NEIPA hopped with both pellets and Cryo pellets of experimental hop HBC586. When we opened the bags, we smelled some mild tropical fruit but overwhelming melon. On day 2 of dry hop this little haze bomb smelled like straight pina colada. As the hops settled and the beer was transferred to the brite tank, all of those aromas and flavors somehow transformed into super ripe peach. A wild ride for sure.
