Belgian Ale aged in a second used Pinot Grigio barrel with mixed sour culture. Then racked to stainless with fresh peaches for some buddy time. Firm sourness, white peach notes, slight funk. We only have one sixtel of this barrel-aged ale, so grab a glass while you can!
