We brewed this lovely effervescent citrus-accented Hefeweizen with the good people at Mad Chef Craft Brewery. We loaded up the kettle with ground lemon and orange peels, coriander, grains of paradise and finished the resulting beer with a boat load of tangerine juice. Citrus flavor waves are complimented by slight bubble gum and fun earthy flavors.
