Our bartender, Ian, came up with the concept of creating a simple syrup using our kettle sour, “In The Shade,” to create this twist on an Old Fashioned. This cocktail uses syrup made from the upcoming batch of “In The Shade” – Blueberry & Blackberry, Thistle Finch Distillery’s Burley Bourbon, Bitters and Lemon.
