The story continues… This English Brown Ale is bigger and bolder than our previous batch, “Pull Up A Chair.” Rich, but not sweet. We taste caramelized brown sugar and baker’s chocolate. We aged this in Jim Beam Bourbon barrels for 11 months. The barrel brought out some of the brown sugar notes from the base beer and added a touch of vanilla aroma. Slight notes of spirit but not boozy.
